1. Sam Bradford, Oklahoma

A great debate broke out last season between analysts of the Draft about who was the better overall talent: Matthew Stafford or Sam Bradford. Many people, including myself had Bradford rated higher then Stafford coming out of last season. However, those whole arguments were put to a hault as Bradford decided to play out his Junior year with the Sooners after a gut wrenching lost to the Gators in the National Championship. Bradford comes back to a team with many weapons still instilled on the offensive side of the football. Including dynamite running back DeMarco Murray as well as backup Running Back Chris Brown who should see an increase in playing time. Sam Bradford must improve his decision making skills this upcoming season and must continue to work on his arm strength. However, Sam Bradford throws one of the nicest touch passes and deep balls in all of College Football. Look for Bradford to have another big year in the number department at Oklahoma this season.

2. Jevan Snead, Ole Miss

Mack Brown and his Texas Longhorns had a very difficult decision to make a few years ago. "Do we go with Colt McCoy, or do we go with Jevan Snead"? Two very highly touted highschool recruits that the Longhorns both had on their roster at one time. Well, we all know that the Longhorns decided to go with Colt McCoy and Jevan Snead decided to transfer to the Rebels and the rest is history. For Jevan... that might not be the case. He says he uses the Longhorns decision to take McCoy over him as motivation every single game. Snead returns to the Ole Miss Rebels after leading them to a shootout win in the Cotton Bowl over Texas Tech. Jevan Snead is a player who over this past year and the preseason leading up to this year has sky rocketed and his value has increased drasticaly. This is mainly because Snead does a lot of things well - he has a cannon arm and has impressed many people with his ability to seemingly make NFL throws already. I look for Snead to really grow up this year as a leader and to try and step up to take Ole Miss to further places. Watch out for Snead to possibly sneak up to the No. 1 spot in my rankings after this year...

3. Colt McCoy, Texas

"About as clutch as they come" One assistant coach from the Big 12 was quoted as saying. Whoever the coach may be, he was spot on with his remarks. McCoy has led Texas to big win after big win in his few years with the Horns. Including a thrilling win in the final seconds of the Fiesta Bowl against the Ohio State Buckeyes this past season. McCoy packs a big punch and makes it very tough for defenses to scheme against the Longhorns. He has the ability to make very high percentage throws, can throw a nice deep ball and at any given time can take off with his legs and hurt you. The knock on McCoy has consistently been that his arm is not strong enough to make some NFL calibre throws and that the reason his completion percentage is so efficent is because he makes very simple, low risk throws. One thing you can simply not take away from the guy is his ability to win and show up in the big games. Colt McCoy does need to improve his arm strength but watch for him yet again to lead the Horn Nation to some very big wins.

4. Tim Tebow, Florida

Two time National Champion, Timothy Tebow. Perhaps one of the best college football players to ever play the game. One thing is for sure, Tim Tebow knows how to lead his team to victories. Tebow and his Gators had one slip up last year against the Ole Miss Rebels in the Swamp and a very emotional Tebow guaranteed that a performance like that would not come forth again from the Gators all season. He was bang on. The Gators went rolled onto a 24-14 National Championship victory over the Oklahoma sooners. Tebow comes back to the Gators this year missing his favorite target over the past few years, electric Percy Harvin. His intensity, willingness to win and his drive will allow for him and his Gators to be succesful yet again this year. Look for Tim Tebow this year to show us yet again why he is one of the best quarterbacks in the nation with his great poise and athletic ability. Critics are again going to knock him continually that he is a "system" player and that his unorthodox game will not translate directly to the NFL. Knock Tebow down and all around about the system he plays in and this and that - his intensity and his poise that makes everyone around him better is something that does not come around that often.

5. Tim Hiller, Western Michigan

Perhaps my darkhorse for the 2010 Draft at the Quarterback position. Tim Hiller, the 6'5 gun slinger from WMU has many tools to be a very succesful quarterback at the next level. Hiller has consistently shown a laser arm and the ability to make a lot of NFL calibre throws a few seasons ago at Western Michigan. Hiller threw for a total of 36 touchdowns and 10 interceptions in his 2008 campaign with WMU and has shown that his effiency is not a problem. If Hiller can keep up his jaw dropping performance over the next season look for Hiller to sky rocket up draft boards.
